Lunch-Steak and Blue Cheese Wrap

Snack-.5c cherry tomatoes, 1 cuke

Dinner-Mediteranean Pork Chops, Quinoa, spinach (out of broccoli)

Snack-string cheese

Exercise-1.5 mi run with Ginger
